Asset file/folder permissions issue
Craft seems to create asset files and folders with permissions 775 and 664. My host has restrictions in place to not serve folders/files with these permissions.
Where can I change this?

Sluggish Asset Indexing
We've scraped the images from the old site and put them into the appropriately named folders in assets. … Future projects may have 10,000 assets+ so it is a concern.
I'm open to better workflow suggestions as well.
