When I lived nearby more than a decade ago, the intent to re-establish Welsh language was already strong. To get a job in teaching, government, etc., it was a very good idea if not required to show Welsh skills. The ability to tailor user content in both languages would be a boost to this, even if it is only in a resume for the user, such as User fields. | |
