I figured it out. It was super unexpected, after turning on errors finally, I got Fatal error: Class 'Craft\AppPathCacheDependency' not found in Then I realized that GIT didn't include that file, ...
There is a plugin for that. It can do many things, but most importantly... destroy items :) https://github.com/am-impact/amcommand
Problem solved. Admin was a bit confusing on the UX side, I didn't realize that edit entry types and clicking the name of the section leads to different pages.
