If your Redactor config included an "html" value in the "buttons" array, you can remove that, and add a "source" value to the "plugins" array instead. https://craftcms.com/help/redactor-ii-configs

owner is the element which contains your Matrix field. For example, if you attach a Matrix field to a Section, the owner would be the specific Entry in that Section. {owner.slug} - The slug of your entry. {owner.author.username} - The username of the person who created the entry.

Every user has their own unique dashboard. The changes you make to your dashboard affect only your account. It cannot be shared, and it cannot be preset in any way. It is not related to user groups at all. The only way to change someone else's dashboard is by logging into the control panel as an admin, then finding that user and "Log in as them". There ...

If you're looking for a more robust and easy-to-use solution, have a look at the CPNav plugin, which allows you to re-order, rename and hide menu items.

https://straightupcraft.com/craft-plugins/?q=analytics& shows some possible analytics candidates. Particularly these: https://straightupcraft.com/craft-plugins/instant-analytics https://straightupcraft.com/craft-plugins/piwik-analytics https://straightupcraft.com/craft-plugins/3redkites-piwik-analytics-for-craft-cms https://straightupcraft.com/craft-...

Have a look at One Dashboard which works nicely. I've used it to set each users Dashboard to show a collection of pre-defined Analytics widgets.

Sounds like your database was updated but your filesystem was not - that could happen perhaps if the development version and the live version share the same database, and only the development version ran the update. To fix it try renaming the craft/app folder to craft/app-old, then copy the craft/app folder from the latest Craft download into your site. ...

Option 1) Contact the plugin developer and ask them to make it an optional setting. Option 2) Use a plugin like this to hide it via CSS. Option 3) Plugins with a CP panel have a permission in the user group permission settings under 'allow cp access' to allow access to the plugin's cp page. You could turn this off for your user group.

I just added a setting called "Undercover mode" to DashCols. In Undercover mode, DashCols will keep running, though the plugin's CP section will be inaccessible/hidden, and layout editing will be disabled for all users – including those having access to the plugin via permission settings. Download v. 1.1.4 from GitHub

This sounds like a feature request really. And/or possible a use case for Craft 3s forthcoming multi-site features. Although C3 + Commerce for it is a ways off yet (6 to 9 months apparently) You could perhaps use something like a custom field for the 'owner' of each product, and Zenbu to set up filtered views for each of the editors (just guessing, I've ...

Ideally I'd like to keep it separate as eventually the CP will be swapped out for a front-end solution, so any clues as to why this is happening? I think you're close. Just so we're on the same plane, you're using the CP for users to edit their profiles but everything else is on the front end? Do you have a front end login form already setup? If not, get ...

Solved, I left an .htaccess file in root. It wasn't in local server neither, but It seems it was some config in virtual host or something like that to solve it. Once I find this .htaccess in other craft project, was solved ;) Don't forget your .htaccess in root!

I might get you wrong but they must have the option to add as many youtube embed videos as they want? Isn't it an option to let your client make a new block for every embed and just loop over the blocks they made? So your block would look like: Youtube Video (block) Youtube embed link Youtube Description So they just have to add a block when they want ...

Sorry for the trouble. This is a known issue and we will have a fix for this available in Freeform 3.10.8 in a few days (February 15-16, 2021). :)

When editing the field, I have tried setting the 'Placeholder Text' as {title}, but this does not work - it displays "{title}"! Yeah, those placeholder text fields aren't dynamically parsed as Twig templates like others (Entry URL Format, etc.). I don't want to create a new custom type of field as it seems a little heavy handed for this use case. ...

I contacted the hosting company and they managed to fix the issue. They whitelisted the cookie name in their varnish caching system.

Sounds to me like a server config issue. The site worked in one place, you moved it, and now you have this issue. If it's an Nginx server, this may be helpful: Nginx-Craft

I'm not sure if 774 would be enough permissions on that folder. If the web server is not running as the account user (via ruid or suexec/suphp), or is not in the same group as the account user then it will not be able to write to it. Just throwing it out there.

Just a question; are you on a Nginx server? I had a similar issue before with a client site. the Nginx configuration was removing the cookies when it cached the page, which redirected to the login page after logging in.

Looking through the code this is what you are running into: Returns whether the uploaded DB schema is equal to or greater than the installed schema To me that says your database is out of sync. Were you updating to a different version? Perhaps you made the changes locally, then pushed them up but haven't updated your (production) database to reflect the ...

There’s no such thing as a “global” widget right row, however your widget’s getBodyHtml() method can return false, which tells Craft to not show the widget at all. So you could just have the widget assigned to all the user accounts you want, and always return false unless there’s actually something to display.

The logo you upload there will replace the default Craft graphic on the login page for the Control Panel.
